How do I create a case?
Start by selecting the option to add a new case within the app. You can then draw CABG grafts on the heart diagram and add any additional procedures before saving or exporting the case.
How do I generate a PDF?
After completing the case diagram and procedural details, select the PDF option to generate a shareable case summary.
How do subscriptions work?
HeartChart offers a yearly auto-renewing subscription that enables saving cases within the app. Subscription management, billing, and cancellation are handled through your Apple App Store account settings.

Managing Your Subscription
HeartChart offers an optional auto-renewing yearly subscription that allows users to save cases within the app.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store account. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time from your device.
To manage your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select HeartChart.
- Choose Cancel Subscription or modify your plan.
You can also manage subscriptions directly in the App Store.
